A Safe & Healthy Work Environment

Continental Stress is committed to providing our employees with a safe and healthy working environment and to the protection from accidental loss of all our resources, including employees and physical assets. Our objective is to maintain our Certificate of Recognition (COR) from Alberta Construction Safety Association and remain in good standing as a full member of the Partnership in Injury Reduction (PIR) program.

In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment and ensure all employees are aware of and work to our safety and health policies and standards; and the safety policies and standards mandated by our clients, industry, and in compliance with legislative requirements.

Safety Standards & Policies

All employees will be equally responsible for following the safety policies and standards set out for them. Everyone is also responsible and accountable for maintaining a positive attitude toward the safety and health of themselves, and of others.

The management of Continental Stress is committed to attracting and retaining qualified, dedicated employees and encourages and promotes employee involvement in the ongoing evolution of the company. A major emphasis will always be placed on continuous technical and safety training for all employees to ensure that we are providing our clients with the very highest quality service that we can deliver.
