Our field services team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No site is beyond our reach.
Our Mobile Units have up to 24 control zones and completely self-contained with power generators, cables, resistance elements, thermocouples and instrumentation.
Our Portable Consoles, available in 6 and 12 control zones, are compact, noise-free, and easily movable, ideal for use in confined areas with sufficient power supply.

Our Portable Consoles
Portable Consoles are 6 and 12 control zone and can be used anywhere there is an ample supply of primary power distribution (in-house or generator). They are compact, noise free and designed for work in confined areas. Consoles come equipped with castors and lifting lugs and can be rolled or hoisted into place.
- 65 (KW) units with variable voltage settings of 220, 480 and 600 volts.
- 6 individual programmable control points with expansion options to 12 control points.
- Continuous calibration program.
- 100′ long secondary leads for 200′ working radius from console.
- Complete documentation and charts left with customer for permanent heat treating records.
Our Heating Elements
Custom heaters are available in various sizes and shapes to accommodate all voltage requirements. For standard voltages, smaller heaters can be connected in series.
Our standard 80V Flexible Ceramic Pad (FCP) Heaters feature a surface area of 120 square inches, delivering 3.6 KW of thermal power with an electric current of 45 amps. Custom heaters can be designed for any voltage, and smaller units can be connected in series for standard voltage applications.
We also offer high-temperature heaters suitable for heat treating processes up to 1260°C (2300°F), as well as Channel Bank heaters, specifically designed for large or heavy wall pipe and vessel work.
